Suggest displaying identifier in event flags editor

Identifier would gives a basic understanding of the flags
Currently only "Name" is displayed but it doesn't convey the meaning
Fattard's FlagsEditorEX displays identifier for some categories (not all) though still needs to convert between HEX and DEC to compare them

The internal flag names dump is at least 5MB, which 99.99% of users do not need. The dump is provided in the development discord channel.

It's about 4,000 flags except Spawns and FieldObjectInteractable
Maybe it doesn't take up that much space
