Generation 4 .sav file won't open in PKHex, unsupported file type/size error?

Save file attached. I was attempting to transfer from Ruby to Diamond the other night and hit an error with my 110 hour diamond save. At first I was getting a blue screen upon starting the game with a message that my save file was corrupt and that it was going to revert to a previous save. This happened a number of times until the message changed to say the save file was corrupted or damaged and had to be erased. I was able to grab it with godmode9 however, but when I attempt to open it in PKHex now I get the below error. Thanks in advance if anyone can point me in the right direction here.

I've force-loaded the save file in PKHeX in order to export your Party and Box data, attached.

There was enough damaged in the save file metadata sections that part of the party data/OT data was lost, as well as the overall save structure data.

Wow, that is amazing, thank you so much! Any idea what could have caused the issue? It was the first time I had booted Diamond in a long time and I was transferring from Ruby using a DS lite and so it's possible it didn't like one of the mons I transferred (nothing hacked or unusual though), but since I didn't actually load my save file before transferring from gen 3 I have no idea if it was already having issues before I started that process.

And then is my best bet at this point to just restart a new save and then inject these mons into that file? Sorry for the dumb question lol

How did you do that? I'm having the same problem as OP with my save files from Pokemon FireRed and Emerald but can't figure out how to load them
