Looking for completed Pokemon Stadium 1&2 saves

Hi there

As the title is saying - does anyone have completed saves for Stadium 1&2 in German?

What I want to do: 
I'd like to register my favorite teams from my GB in all Cups on my dumped NSO saves. So far I have been able to do it for every cup and gym leader battles, but as Mewtwo gets unlocked later, I have no possibility to add it yet. (Unless there's a way to enable it through PkHex?)

Or can someone tell me if its possible to adjust a "foreign" save to a specific language?

Based on the work of @suloku (thanks a ton!) I was able to figure out the save file and team structure and edited it by using a hex editor  Then used PkHeX to verify my changes.
