Game freezes and can't continue playing after trying to forget a move when i just evolved Sceptile in Omega Ruby

So basically, every time I evolve Sceptile on Omega Ruby, the game freezes when i try to forget a move for dual chop, and im on on AZAHAR, the emulator, I tried Vulkan, OpenGl, and even software to run the game but they always freeze at that point when Sceptile who just evolved from Grovyle tries to forget an old move for dual chop. I even went on to play on different operating systems, from windows to mac just to see if the problem was still a thing or it was only my pc, and it was a problem on my mac also, it freezed the game. I will put a video to show how it happens.

Transfer the save file back to your console/cartridge and play it on actual hardware.

Thank you for the message, but the thing is I downloaded a ROM for the game, I dont have an actual 3DS to play on, thats why im playing on azahar. Im just finding a way to play without it on pc.
