PKHex-ing a Pokemon GO Pokemon into SWSH for HOME

Hello, is it possible to generate a Shiny Mew from Pokemon Go into Pokemon Sword/Shield, then bring it into Home to get a valid Home Tracker? 

I do not plan on using this Shiny Mew for any official events, its just one of my favorite Shinies.

HOME not blocking it in your SWSH->HOME import might be fine for now to get a tracker, but that doesn't prevent them from closing the door and deleting/blocking the "valid" tracker mon in the future. It won't have GO history information stored on the server either.

Actually, one more question, would it then be safer to generate the Faraway Island Mew into SWSH?

No, because it would be missing the record of it being transferred from Bank->HOME to reach SWSH first. Please re-read the thread I linked you.
