Abnormality change SwSh to SV

If you still remember the 3 special Pichu that has Teetar Dance, Wish and Follow Me that I been post recently.

I just notice only Gen 3-8 this Pokemon stay on "PID Type: BACD [BACD_T3] as photo shown.

Just ignore the illegal flag.
Invalid Move 2: Invalid Move.
Invalid Move 3: Invalid Move.
Invalid: PID+ correlation does not match what was expected for the Encounter's type.
Invalid: Pokémon HOME Transfer Tracker is missing. (don't mind this part)

But when you going to move this Pokemon in Gen 9 SV why Charm moveset turn to illegal move vs on the first photo shown.

Home transfers change movesets between games. You can not retain moves from a game to another. PKHeX replicates the HOME behaviour.
