What is the Misc slot USUM and SV save's Other tab?

BW B2W2 -> Dream World

XY ORAS-> Pokémon you give the old man in Anistar City

USUM -> ???

BDSP -> Underground ? (why red slot?)

SV -> ???

Can I delete this slot in pkhex or hex editor? (documentation?)
