It doesn't accept my pokemon

          It won't let me pass pokemon from the second generation to future generations. None of these pokemon are illegal, and the file is not                         corrupt, nor did I get the pokemon illegally

Gen 1-2 entities can not be transfered to later generations.

Gen 1-2 3ds virtual console entities can be transfered only to Gen 7+ games.

As mentioned, there is no legitimate transfer method/algorithm for Gen2->4. You can turn on the "allow incompatible transfer" setting, but it's not going to result in anything legal. Best you can really get is recreating via the encounter database.

Thank you very much, for pokemon showdown I managed to pass it, I only had to modify a little, but it is now legal again
