Hi how can you evolve dipplin to hydrapple here in this rom hack i really want him in my team.

Dipplin evolves into Hydrapple with the Golden Apple. You can get them from Golden Chambers

Piplup seems to be broken in this game. Whenever I chose him during the personality quiz, the game has me start as Monferno. Will this be fixed anytime soon?

I've been having this glitch where my partner randomly stops following. It's fixed if I give it a consumable item but it is annoying and idk what triggers it.

It's still the same story. There's just more pokemon added to the game.

Why is tapu koko considered larger than the other island guardians? I would like him to be in my team of hoopa unbound form and heatran, but it's not possible

The creator said earlier in this thread that it’s because of its sprite size. You can’t have too many big sprites on screen in these games due to engine limitations, so Tapu Koko specifically needs to be that size

Heal ribbon. I guess they must be hungry. I'll try removing that.

Yeah, since Partners don't normally have their own hunger bars, Heal Ribbons will freeze them with the Hungry Pal status to sort of replicate the effect
