I know I keep yapping in this thread even though I’m not like a dev or anything I apologize, but if my opinion means anything, I’d be more inclined towards moves that are more common or practical. It’s more interesting and enjoyable to me personally having more moves that more pokemon have access to vs a move only one has access to. Moves like Draining Kiss Quiver Dance and Freeze Dry are awesome picks for that reason alone. They’re much more plain but a players will get to see them much more often and they would a legendary exclusive move. Other moves I can think of that might be worth considering a little are Hone Claws, Coil, Hurricane, Round, Hex, Psyshock, Scald, Work Up, and Wild Charge from Gen 5 alone. All are practical and have wide distribution I think, we don’t have a good physical electric move in PMD I don’t recall. Boomburst and Nuzzle from Gen 6 comes to mind. Lunge, Liquidation, Psychic Fangs, Solar Blade, and Fire Lash from Gen 7. The Isle of Armor tutor moves from Gen 8 are weird but worth a mention perhaps, but new moves added in Gens 8 & 9 start to become a lot more exclusive to single evolution lines and there isn’t much more worth a mention, besides like…Supercell Slam over Wild Charge or Aqua Cutter over Liquidation? If there’s only 3 slots available, perhaps you could do 1 status move, 1 physical move, and 1 special move respectively?

that makes it ez bc tinkatink can only be female, tinkatink's ID is 1465 as seen here. so i'd replace like female glameow from the script in the editor whose ID is 1073. so ctrl+f and look up 1073, and replace all instances of 1073 with 1465 and finally save the script. the option will still show as glameow in the female hero only starter options but selecting glameow will now have the script call up tinkatink for you.

all you have to do in the script here is find the index number of the pokemon you wish to replace and then substitute in the index number of the new pokemon over it. just use ctrl+f to find all instances of the index number of the pokemon you're replacing and hit save and you should be good. newtest3 is the hero choices and newtest4 is the partner. if you don't change the text of pokemon being selected it's fine, should still work it just won't have the correct text(it'll look like this basically). just keep in mind which index number you're using, since the the male index number and the female index number will be different.

after figuring out implementing tail slap and tidy up with animations for minccino this is actually rather easy to do with skytemple! there are a few move slots that go unused for this. i'd just copy everything about double kick into an unused slot, make it dragon type, raise it's BP by like 10% and lower accuracy by 10% to make it more in line with mainline and then you'd have to find like what group double kick is in and then add your new dual chop to that group so it'll work. u can add the move as a replacement for dragonbreath on the axew line then u you should be good. you can add unique animations to it as well but its not functionally important. i did this to doubleslap for tail slap and dragon dance for tidy up and its been really cool
