Pokemon Arceus clothes

I wanted to know how to get the Arceus pokemon clothes that are as a gift (Zorua mask for example), yes, I saw there was a topic about it and I took a look at what I found, but I genuinely didn't understand anything about it and the area that asks to access is not in my PKHex, at least I think.

Assuming you're looking for the Block Data, you have to load a valid save file first.

PKHeX is a save file editor. If you want to edit your save file to unlock things, open your save file to edit it.

If you cannot obtain your save file (no cfw to extract it), then you cannot edit your save file.
