Error when using Genesect and Deoxys files

Genesect is not available in BDSP, you can not request it in the form of a PB8.

No clue on the Deoxys, gonna bring this to the @theSLAYER attention.

I apparently can reproduce the legality error on the latest PKHeX build.

If the only issue with Deoxys is the invalid memory, for now just use batch editor to zero out a few factors.
