bought some Japanese pokemon games and the Pearl game has a corrupt save file, was wondering if it can be recovered. cant open in PKHex, file and screenshots provided below

Maybe it’s not extracted right. Doesn’t look like a proper save.

after further inspection, it appears that this is likely a dump from some random area of the games rom or something, the save file doesnt show up when viewing cartridge contents with gm9, either dirty or damaged connections on the cart itself it seems
