Invalid: Unable to match an encounter in Origin game w/ Hisuian Lilligant in Pokemon Violet

Hello, i used the encounters database to generate this Petilil in the file and it flags as perfectly legal. But if i try to evolve it at the same level (which you should be able to do since its a Stone-based evolution), it flags as illegal with this error message: Invalid: Unable to match an encounter in Origin game.

What do i do and how do i fix this to transfer it at the exact level as the file to Pokemon Violet.

Version 23.06.03 of PKHeX has been released, now with support for Home 3.0.0. As written in the changelog, full legality support is still being worked on, so expect some false positives or negatives. Please understand.

 @Kaphotics So you're saying that this is a false negative once im trying to create the Hisuian form? if thats the case, ill be way calmer and thanks for the reply!
