My file is curupted, can't open it in pkhex or in game

Can someone please help me, switching to back up doesn't work either, that file is currupted too. I don't need the story I just need my Pokémon saved, I have a previous save file but it doesn't have alot of shinies i have caught.

If someone could help me it would be very nice.

File is thoroughly blank. Not sure how you extracted it, but definitely not a save file.

Also, for the record, unless mods ask you for it (for good reason), you shouldn’t share working saves online (starting from PLA).
These games have online verification in the save. If you share it, it would impact you if someone else brings the save online.
