Please someone help, is it possible to get an overwritten save file back? Or just the two Pokémon? I tried looking for back up files, but nothing. Is there a possible way to return it? All I need is my two Pokémon who didn't exist in that file. My precious Arcanine and shiny tentacool. Please please if anyone can help me...

Can someone please help me, switching to back up doesn't work either, that file is currupted too. I don't need the story I just need my Pokémon saved, I have a previous save file but it doesn't have alot of shinies i have caught. If someone could help me it would be very nice. Edit: this is for Scarlet.
