Make sure you have a safe backup of your save, one that would remain unedited and safely tucked away in your computer. Then, try this: https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/file/4155-usum-flag-importer/ Also, when you're restoring your save, make sure it is named main No numbers, no brackets, no extra anything.
