A friend of mine send me an egg that should matches with my TSV but when I go back to the game after the trade when I try to hatch the egg the baby born is not shiny but regular I'll provide you some pics taken from PKhex... For gen 9, all nonshiny eggs will never hatch shiny for everyone and all shiny eggs will hatch shiny for everyone.
