Fixed: Maushold / Dudunsparce %100 evolution calc fixed (From %25)

Dose anyone know how in the latest update of Pkhex "Fixed: Maushold / Dudunsparce %100 evolution calc fixed (From %25)" works? 

I tried searching through forums. no luck yet on how this works. Would love it if someone can help me out by explaining this function.

The program initially calculated the "correct" form based on EC%25, when the real calc is EC%100. If the result is 0, it evolves into the rare form.
