I use PKHeX in pokemon moon and I get a damaged game, what can I do?

Hello, I have used pkhex in my pokemon moon game to have a laugh and I get a damaged game, does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem and have the pokemon that I introduced with pkhex?

how are you sending the edited save back to your 3DS?

Specifically, I'm asking how you transfer the save to your SD, before the step of inserting into the game. FTP? Direct SD to PC?

also, since you mentioned JKSM, the next question would be:
1) are there any other files in the folder containing the save?
2) is the save still named "main"?
3) could you upload said save here?

remove the  (8).

it can only be main.
No extensions. No numbers. Then try again.

Also, if it still doesn't work, and you wanna upload a save:

 

Drop the file there when replying.
