Pokemon Ultra Sun corrupted

My Ultra Sun game save file got corrupted. Is there any way to recover it? I want this to resume at the same point in game.

So I loaded your save into PKHeX, checked the checksums, and they are valid. At first glance, it appears nothing is wrong with this save. Your trainer info and box info appears just fine.

How are you transferring the save to your 3DS?
