Having issues importing a Black 2 .sav into PKhex

Wow, Where do I begin.

First off, i’d like to mention that i’m a total noob when it comes to save editing. Recently, i’ve boughten a DS lite, and now a DSi. I had a generic ace3ds clone in my DS lite, and that’s where I started this save file. Recently, I moved this save file to my modded DSi with twilight menu. I was messing around with DNS settings to get mystery gifts, and I want to edit my save file to change my Genesects nature (it’s pretty bad) However, this save file doesn’t seem to work in any editing software that i’ve put it in, and it won’t even be recognized by MelonDS. 
Any help would be appreciated, I’m completely stumped.
