Can I use pkhex on my switch

I’m new and I’m confused can I use pkhex or another file editing software to edit my brilliant diamond save file on my switch? Do I need a modded switch? Thank you.

PKHeX doesn't run on the Switch. You'll need a modded Switch, to dump the save from your Switch, to use on the PC with PKHeX.
