Questions about Pokemon GO Shiny Mew IVs

I get an error when I try to change the IVs of Pokemon GO's Shiny Mew with PKHeX. Is there a solution?

ATK and Sp.ATK IVs must be equal.
DEF and Sp.DEF IVs must be equal.
HP, ATK, Sp.ATK, DEF and Sp.DEF IVs must be over 20 and odd.

Speed is the only value that can be totally random.
