Question about gen 6 and eviolite

will mega evolutions allow pokemon like blastoise to use eviolite? i haven't been able to find any routerlogin information if mega evolutions will count or not. i think i would love to use an eviolite blastoise.

It won't. and I don't see what this has to do with Gen 5.

Mega evolutions were introducted in Gen 6. I'm gonna assume you made a mistake.
