How can I edit all of my pokemon at the same time?

I'm new to PKHeX but I just made a shiny living dex but before I apply my changes I would absolutely love to do this to all the 800+ pokemon I have now, there is only 2 things I need to do, 1. Change all the IV so I can have competitive ready pokemon. 2. Change all the pokemon to have my OT, ID and basically everything that makes it look like I got all those pokemon. Any help would be nice and thank you for your time
