I need help modifying a gen 5 pokemon game

I was wondering if anyone knows how to modify the game so that the PP of pokemon can not be restored by potions or by a poke center? I Wanted to do a challenge were I beat the game without being able to heal from PP. If anyone knows how to modify the game in this way, can you help me?

Next, PP of moves can’t be restored by Potions, so I don’t know what you’re on about.
