I need help modifying a gen 5 pokemon game

I'm willing to pay someone $20 over paypal if they can do this for me. -
I was wondering if anyone knows how to modify the game so that the PP of pokemon can not be restored by potions or by a poke center? I Wanted to do a challenge were I beat the game without being able to heal from PP. If anyone knows how to modify the game in this way, can you help me?
