How does PKHeX work after the new hack checking update for SWSH?

Supposedly, Nintendo/GF can detect modified saves now. Does this mean that you can no longer use PKHeX on SWSH without getting banned? Or is it that you only get banned for illegal Pokemon (like shiny Zacian/Zamazenta)?

Those mons were illegal to begin with. PKHeX flagged them correctly. Users just were stubborn about keeping it. We can't control what people want or don't want to do.
