[HGSS] Finding free flags?

I've picked up some scripting and managed to successfully make some new ones, but how do I find out which flags are free? Is there a list somewhere? Much appreciated

I would reccomend contacting @Drayano via his twitter, if he doesn't reply here. He has created several extensive ROM hacks for gen 4 & 5. He's not really active much anymore but you can try.
