Code Exporting Problem (Action Replay)

I'm exporting the code, and I add it as a new cheat on the new Action Replay DSi, and it says it can't be read, so I'm guessing that the problem is the code is all together.

Is there like a script that can automatically arrange the codes, or do I have to manually arrange them?

Sounds stupid, but it'd save a lot of time if there was a script for it.

Rather than Exporting the code try opening up the Code manager and right click the game and select new cheat and then copy paste the code like you would with the old Action Replay DS, Though there is no script for it I haven't had any issues with just keeping it all together.
