Let's GO eevee doubts about savedata

hi, was thinking to restart Let's GO Eevee savedata, i send few pokemon from GO but if i do that, it deletes GO park?, i am realy not sure about it..

Yes, it is deletes Go Park.

Stuff in Go Park is tied to the save.

Why don't you create a new user profile on your Switch;
that way, you can keep your current save (provided you don't delete the current user), and have a new save (tied to the new user). :3
