How to select my pokemon team? -Pkhex Let's go Eevee

Good morning, I have a question: When edit my team I don't know to select  the pokemon for my team. In PkHeX  the pokemon have numbers. 

I tried create the pokemon, but is deleted for the game (It is not in the game, but it does appear in te pokedex), and when open the savedata again in PkHeX, the pokemon is gone.

just set them into the box as clones.

Then in-game you can select the cloned ones as team...

I think the user does not export the save file once modified.
