Help genning Birth Island Deoxys in other gens

Hey everyone, I wanted to see if I could get some help creating a legit as possible Deoxys from Emerald. My goal is to get shiny, so if I can do it here, great, otherwise I usually do it on Action Replay.

I've already been using PkHex for Sword data for bot reading, so not completely unaware.

I just want all the checks to be in place.

 

Things I have:

The newest version of PkHex

CFW 3ds

Pokemon SoulSilver, Platinum, B2, X, OR, US

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The shiny living dex files should have a shiny Deoxys so you can get one from there.

Ok thanks. I did see this earlier, and I have a question.

Can the file for the Deoxys there be put straight into PkHex for USUM?

PKHex should change the file to have the appropriate transfer method, if I am not mistaken.

Thanks. I haven't done this type of editing before. What're the steps after downloading the Deoxys file? Load USUM save into PkHex, upload deoxys, move save file over to 3ds and it'll be there?
