Own Tempo Rockruff egg

I was wondering, since I am thinking of resetting my Ultra sun save, if I give a sun and moon save an own tempo rockruff egg and trade it back would it still have own tempo or would it work at all?

Not planning on hatching it in sun and moon.

Own Tempo Rockruff cannot be traded to SM.

Own Tempo Rockruff is actually a different form of Rockruff (just that looks the same), and it's just that the form doesn't exist in SM.
You can't trade over mons & forms that don't exist in SM.
