Which forms of Alcremie can have G-Max? Which forms of Gourgeist can have HA?

Wondering how availability in Max Raids works for two Pokemon in Sword/Shield.

First is Alcremie. Which forms can appear in raids, and therefore have the potential to be Gigantamax?

Second is Pumpkaboo/Gourgeist. Are all four forms now able to have Hidden Ability?  Or is it still restricted to Average and Super Size?

Any form can G-max (evident if you played through the story; Opal's G-max Alcremie wasn't Vanilla Cream). However...

Presently, only Vanilla Cream.

I've not checked if forms are restricted from raids.
So far, I only know raid Polteageist can only be phony.
