Edit will save items but wont insert Pokemon

Hello,

I've been trying to insert Pokemon into the game.  While I do all the updates and create pokemon when it comes time to save and export main.  It will save the items and what not but the poke that are either  updated or inserted are not saved and not showing in the box.

@Kaphotics this has been reported multiple times.

while I’ve encountered it once (after changing TID/SID/OT of save without relaunching), I’ve not been able to recreate it.
