legality check hatched shiny pokemon possible?

The title says it. I see quite a lot lvl 1 shiny pokemon nowadays. Is it possible to check te legality of these newly hatched?

I'm not surprised in the uprise of Lv 1 Shiny Pokemon. RNG has become quite big and makes them quite possible.

Does anyone know how to check legality of hatched shiny pokes?

I know that whether wild caught pokes are shiny depends on the combination trainer ID, SID and PID. Does this rule also acot for the hatched ones?

any shiny is shiny because its pid is one of the relatively few that are chosen to be shiny so a hatched shiny is shiny for the same reasons a wild is shiny or a chained shiny is shiny
