[Bug] Errorless Crash when attempting to import .png for C-Gear Skin

Literally what it says in the title. I have a png edited to the exact dimension required, but when I try to do so, PKHeX crashes with no error. Would appreciate if this could be fixed.

The last time I also got the exact same problem and I was able to fix it by saving the picture through Paint, if that can help. (But honestly I don't think your picture could pass since there are to many colors and too many motifs)
