How do you find the offset for a poke file/sprite sheet in TileMolester? I can only get the Arceus sprite sheet into strange colors...(hero,heroine=13300, Prof.Oak-6708, etc)

For Arceus I tried using 13300 and it turned out golden. At least it's not stranger than before. But what's the real offset?
