They will all show up in the PC Storage Box #17, and you should heal them first before you use them in battle. Hey, but I was wondering, why are you putting the codes in manually? Did you lose the cord that comes with your AR, since you could just hook the AR to your computer, open up the program and copy and paste the codes onto the AR without risking making mistakes.
