About Red's Team in HGSS

Well I caught them with Action Replay and when I put them through the Legality Checker, it comes up as "Hacked or Unknown Pokemon" Since all of their IV's are 30, their PIDs must be the case. I put Pikachu as an example in the attachment. Anyone know why the PID is like that?

Probably because they don't use a PID/IV calc for every trainer pokemon, as they won't pass through Ninty's legality checker anyway. They probably just set the IVs, gender, nature and ability.
