[Bug] Gen II Legality Issue

I have an Espeon with Reflect which comes up as an invalid move despite it being able to learn it in R/G/B/Y via TM. I've attached the Pokemon and save files.

And yet it still has its Crystal met data, which should have been wiped on Gen2->Gen1 transfer before you taught it Reflect.

 Hacked; working as intended.
