theSLAYER Posted September 25, 2018 Share Posted September 25, 2018 It has been announced on Taiwan's official page for Pokémon that Lugia will be distributed via Serial Code for movie pre-orders. The page also uploaded an example of the serial code card (seen below). At this point, it is not known whether it'll be the exact same distribution as the existing Japanese one (as in it'll connect to the same event), or they'll rehost it with slightly different events.
