Celebi with Coin Case

Would it come out as legal if you were to put it in PKHeX?

On Gen 2, it would not be legal, as it's missing it's Location data.
(In Crystal, Met Location and Met Level is stored on the PK2. The data is retained even when traded)

However, when transferred up to Gen 7, the location data from Gen 2 isn't retained, so it'll become legal.

of course, that's provided if it was possible to transfer it up.

I don't recall if Poketransporter blocks Celebi with invalid locations,
so you're gonna have to find that out the hard way

It doesnt block. Used an NTR cheat for Crystal VC to get Celebi in the wild on route 29 and they passed fine when leveled to 30.
