GSC Mismagius treated as illegal

For some reason Mismagius that evolve from VC Misdreavus count as illegal unless you give them their Hidden Ability, even though all Pokemon with only one ability never have that flagged. The Misdreavus count as legal beforehand, so it's only a quirk with its evolution.
