theSLAYER Posted December 30, 2017 Share Posted December 30, 2017 Mew can only learn Softboiled in FRLGE Move Tutor or Gen I via TM, so the base game needs to be set to Emerald or the Gen I VC Event.Knock Off isn't really the problem, since it can be learned via Move tutor across various generations, including USUM.
