Current handler should not be the Handling Trainer

Invalid: Untraded: Current handler should not be the Handling Trainer.

I am getting this warning on some Pokemon that I transferred from Omega Sapphire -> Ultra Sun using PKSM.  Will it cause any issues?  Is there any way to "fix" the Pokemon?  I assume if I trade them from one game to another (and back) that will take care of it, but I'd rather not have to trade every single one.
