Lavorther
After downloading the latest version from this site (171125), I noticed that by using PKHeX on my save file, it would mess up my Pokedex. Not sure if this happens before or after opening the Pokedex view, but seemingly random Pokemon in the seen and caught list are checked. I tested this on a new game in both Emerald and LeafGreen, saving after obtaining the Pokedex and checking the save file with PKHeX. In both cases there were a lot of Pokemon flagged, despite me only having seen like 4 Pokemon and caught 1 (my starter) according to the game. I haven't tested other games yet, so I'm not sure if this is just a Gen 3 thing or applies to all saves that are edited. A friend of mine build the program from source and didn't have this problem, which I couldn't test myself since Visual Studio was acting up. But we confirmed my rom and save file are fine, the issue has to lie with PKHeX. It's apparently only present in the latest build available on this site. EDIT: I got Visual Studio working, and can confirm that building from source at the latest commit does indeed prevent this bug. Kaphotics
Yeah gen 3 dex doesn't work on the current release. Was previously reported and fixed since then, will be in the next cumulative update.
Lavorther
Okay, good to know. I tried to search for it but couldn't find anything, but having compiled it myself I don't have the issue anymore.
