Not to complain but I remember usually these first releases had bugs that are fixed after reported so I would rather use the latest build.

Development builds in Team City have been restricted to site staff and regular contributors. I'm working on an alternative, but we're waiting on a technical issue to be resolved before it's functional, and we have no ETA for when it will be ready. In the mean time, your options are to use the latest official release or build from the source yourself.
